The internationally renowned 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Ferarùt, will show for the third and last Gourmet Event of the 2016 summer season. The prestigious frame of the Hotel President’s Restaurant Terrace of Lignano Riviera, will host an evening focused on the "Magical flavors of late summer".
The September 2nd Gourmet Evening has been thought by the Ferarut Chef Mr Alberto Tonizzo as a crossroad between summer and autumn, that’s the reason why, for the first time the menù will include both fish and meat in a perfect mix of fresh and intense flavors.
As the previous two events, this Gourmet Evening will be open to Hotel President’s guests and to all the external clients who’d love to combine the relaxing climate of the vacation with a “gourmet menu”, without moving the car.
Starting time of the dinner is fixed at 8.30 pm.
The Chef’s award winning dishes will be matched with the wines directly chosen from the Ferarut Wine cellar.
