Our à la carte restaurant is available to hotel and external guests alike. The first word that comes to mind to introduce ourselves is caress. A gentle caress of our guests' palate whom we want to accompany, pampering them, in our way of understanding the restaurant.

Food and wine, in a perfect marriage of fragrances, colours, flavours and emotions, in a classic menu of Italian cuisine with quality ingredients chosen and processed with care, passion and experience; maintaining the originality of the recipes and adding, of course, a little bit of us, a little bit of Terrazza Riviera...

Luca Alberto Cecchini is the chef at Terrazza Riviera. His passion, and profession, has always been in the kitchen. For him, imagining and creating a dish is a way to express himself, his creativity, like a poet composes a poem.

He prefers traditional cuisine, 'grandma's' cuisine that tastes of family and home, he loves regional recipes, local products and the aromas that permeate his dishes. His intention is always to captivate his guests by inviting them into his world.
